Genexy Features
Every feature has its own page. The tags show the plan it needs (FREE or PRO) and where it runs: IDE, CLI or both. The same tags are at the top of each page.

A missing feature usually means it is PRO and you are not signed in with a PRO account; see Plans & Access. Desktop-only features are listed in the platform matrix.
The IDE window
Everything happens in one window, with the editor in the middle and panels around it:
- Title bar: the project, the menu, search, the run configuration selector with Run and Debug, and your account.
- Left: the project features, such as Files, Search, Git, Docker and Connections. Each one opens its panel next to the editor.
- Right: AI chat, bookmarks and TODO, libraries, notifications and support.
- Bottom: Problems, the terminal, the Git workspace and the debugger, sharing one area.
You can collapse any panel and resize it; Genexy remembers the layout for the next time.
Editor and tabs
Every file opens in a tab, in the view that fits it: code in the Text Editor, images, PDF, media and archives in their viewers, and API and database contracts in their visual editors. See File Views & Editors and Contract Views & Editors.
Command palette
Ctrl+P opens the command palette, which searches commands and files together. It is the fastest way to reach an action
whose shortcut you do not remember; the full list is on the Keyboard Shortcuts page.
Status bar
The status bar shows the active device, the workspace state, the zoom level, the cursor position with the size of the current selection, and language-server progress while a server is being set up or restarted.
