Sign in at genexy.io to reach the account portal. Content stays locked until your email address is verified.
Console overview
The Console shows your account status and the actions that matter: download the current build, report a bug, request a feature, read the changelog, join Discord. This is also where you activate PRO, which unlocks the PRO features in the IDE.
Support
Create and follow Bug, Feature, Help and Other tickets. The list supports text search, type and status filters, sorting and pagination. A ticket page supports formatted descriptions, comments and replies, voting, watching, accepted solutions and reopen requests.
These are the same tickets as in the IDE’s Support panel.
Ticket Notifications
Notifications link replies, answers, accepted solutions, status changes and moderation events back to their ticket, and can be marked read individually or all at once.
Ticket Notifications carries a Draft badge. It is usable during the Beta, but its behaviour and interface can change.
Changelog
Changelog lists releases published by the team with their version, date and notes. It can also show a “Coming Next” preview when the team publishes one; that preview is the most current directional information available.
Profile
Profile manages your avatar, display name, email information and password. Accounts created through OAuth can set a password here.
Download
Download offers the current build for every platform, with no invite required. Desktop entries can include installer or portable variants with architecture, size and checksum. The Google Play and App Store links are reached from the same page.
The portal does not edit project files. To work in a browser, open the Web IDE : it connects to the Genexy IDE on your own machine.
